Inland transportation, clearing – forwarding of the machine from our factory has to be arranged by you. We will arrange for loading of the equipment at our factory Ahmedabad.However unloading at site has to be arranged by you. Our responsibility ceases once the goods leave our factory and are handed over to carrier. We do not undertake any liability for damage / loss in transit whatsoever, whether the goods are insured or not. In case of any damage / accident during transit, the client has to directly deal with the Insurance Company without holding any payments, irrespective of the insurance arranged by Consigner or Consignee. |

| Inspection |
We offer Inspection of the machine at our factory, by your technically competent representative, prior to dispatch. This person should be present in our factory during Packing and loading of the machine. In case you are not deputing anyone for predespatch inspection, then we will not entertain any dispute arising out of short supply, quality, workmanship, functionality, operating parameters, etc., once the machine is dispatched. |

| Installation |
The machine has to be uncrated and placed in working position by your technically qualified personnel at site. You have to carry out all the external power and water piping connections at site |
| Trainning |
We will impart training to your operating staff at no additional cost. However, his lodging – boarding and local travelling expenses will have to be borne by you. This person should be technically competent to uncrate and assemble the machine at site before the arrival of our Commissioning engineer. He must ensure that ground work necessary at site is completed in all respects before machine commissioning. He must be competent enough to be able to run the machine and carry out routine maintenance, once the machine is handed over after commissioning. |
| Cancellation |
Order received and acknowledged by supplier shall not be subject to cancellation, either wholly or partly for any reason whatsoever without supplier’s written consent |

| Warranty |
We will warrantee the equipment for a period of 12months from the date of commissioning .The warrantee hold good for defective material and or faulty workmanship only and does not apply to normal wear and tear during operation as also to damage due to faulty handling/ operation of equiment.This warrantee is subject to the equipment being erected / commissioned under our supervision. |

UNAUTHORISED PERSONNEL.
- IS NULL AND VOID IF THE PRESCRIBED MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES ARE NOT
COMPLIED WITH.
- IS NULL AND VOID IT IS DISCOVERED THAT GENUINE SPARES AS SUPPLIED BY US ARE
NOT USED IN THE MACHINE. USE OF IMPROPER / LOCALLY MADE SPARES WILL AUTO
MATICALLY RENDER OUR WARRANTY INAPPLICABLE.
- DOES NOT COVER ANY ELECTRONIC / ELECTRICAL COMPONENT OF THE MACHINE.
- DOES NOT COVER PART SUBJECT TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR SUCH AS VEE BELTS,
COIL OF SOLENOID VALVES, BEARINGS, HEATERS, INDICATIONG LAMPS, AND
ELECTRICAL PARTS, FILTER, MEMBRANES ETC.
- DOES NOT COVER DETERIORATION/FAILURE OF EQUIPMENTS DUE TO ADCERSE
ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS PREVAILING AT SITE, IMPROPER USAFE AND INCORRECT
/ INADEQUATE OPERATING VOLTAGE.
